Issue

Fixes #58 (after all widgets have been migrated to pyqtgraph in past pull requests).

Also fixes https://github.com/biolab/orange-widget-base/issues/31 (via not using webview in any official widgets).

Removing highcharts also allows for changing the license to GPL, which is used in all other ("official") add-ons.

Description of changes

Remove directory highcharts and the corresponding includes in setup files.
Change the LICENSE file and flags in project description

Somebody please check if there is anything else the can be removed, e.g. in the building process.
