Script that removes structural parts of the legal document, such as:

'Na podlagi druge alinee prvega odstavka 107. člena in prvega odstavka 91. člena Ustave Republike Slovenije izdajam'
'Uradni list RS, št. 59/06'
'1. člen' and so on.

Script could be adapted to find references to other documents (directives, laws, etc.) and create a network of mentions.
