In this PR we introduce three notebooks:

04_04_specific_words_graph_base.ipynb present two graph-based keyword extractors (TextRank and RAKE)
04_06_specific_words_comparison_ctch.ipynb objectively compares six methods on the CTCH dataset
04_07_specific_words_comparison_el_vestnik.ipynb objectively compares the same six methods on the Eketrotehniski vestnik dataset.

Results of both comparisons are similar.

Sedaj sem tudi metrike prestavil. Z moje strani je ta PR pripravljen.
