@vemonet thanks for reporting this issue! The Biolink team is at the Translator Relay this week but will look into it soon.
There's a new Biolink documentation site in progress that will render this issue obsolete.
https://biolink.github.io/biolink-model/ - feedback very welcome. classes and slot nav links are on the right now (also in the homepage/overview section if you scroll down). There are a couple of new viz links in the left nav bar too (thanks in part to Amy Glen). manual doc is updated and linked on the left.
Describe the bug The documentation website automatically generated for the BioLink model and available at https://biolink.github.io/biolink-model/ seems to be broken for some months now
Previously there was a sidebar, and some styling
Since a few months the sidebar has disappeared, and the style seems to be some default blank GitHub Pages template
The style being blank is not a big problem. But the lack of sidebar is quite problematic as it was the main way to navigate the website, especially to access introduction pages that are presenting overviews and facets of the BioLink model
Now we need to know by heart which URL to go
To Reproduce Go to https://biolink.github.io/biolink-model
Expected behavior At least a sidebar to navigate the docs like we had before, ideally also some styling (it seems like the sidebar and styling disappearing at the same time are linked :) )
Is it possible to get it back?
