@andrewsu i recall you mentioning on a call last month that Wikidata had developed a model to supporting track things like this (publications, databases, datasets where claims come from). Do I have this right? Is this something you can share that might inform our modeling here?

I do not know, but I assume it's something the EPC WG is working on...

We do have "information content entity" and its children to capture things that are not necessarily journal articles (ie: dataset). Is the question about the 'publications' slot on an association that needs to expand to something like 'information content entity' ?
