add kegg.pathway as a prefix to Pathway class #782

"In the biolink model, when KEGG pathways are modeled, what is the format of the ID? (Sometimes, within KEGG, they are listed as map00190 while other times they are listed as hsa00190) One note: while KEGG.PATHWAY isn’t in there, KEGG is listed under biolink:Pathway."

identifiers.org, bioregistry, etc. use various capitalizations of 'kegg.pathway'

I would defer to the examples in bioregistry and identifiers.org that use 'hsa' ids. I've added KEGG.PATHWAY to the id prefixes for Pathway.
