Two of the proposed fields may have behavior associated with frameworks that use blml, but should require no change to the codebase
the pattern slot would reequire an addition to the jsonschema generator (and shex?). However, it could be behaviorally silent in the interm
the string serialization slot (#128) would require no changes to the blml codebase. However, code that exists outside of blml
could choose to use this to implement parsers/generators
