Re-enable check_yaml section of `test_model_uris.py` #202

Line 28 in test_model_uris.py is being commented out in a recent pull request. This is because it is testing the types.yaml that is available on the web and we are changing its prefix. This should be re-enabled once the issue_58 pull request is merged
