Should mappings.yaml include/be more SKOS-like? #221

defines "close mappings" and "related mappings" but not SKOS-like "broad mappings" and "narrow mappings". Is this useful? Also, how does one discriminate between "close mappings" and "related mappings". Their definitions are a bit opaque. Examples may help?
