robot templates #398

This extends TSV-based model inference to also be robot template aware

See: http://robot.obolibrary.org/template

In particular, row2 in a robot TSV has special meaning. We don't treat this row as a data row, instead use it as hints for schema generation

This pull request is isolated enough (1 file) that we won't need to merge it before the biolinkml --> linkml transition
