Medications page #9

Another page/panel similar to the Diagnoses page/panel.
Lists all active medications at the top. Shows a timeline of all current and past medications below.
The bottom visualization is a swim lane-like visualization, similar to what we have now at http://biolog.meteor.com/

When adding medications, look up the names of existing medications from RxNORM, which is an ontology. Use an external web service, see #5

significant progress. Need to assign dose per ingredient, not per medication.
