Results for scFoundation on other dataset in SCAD #9

Hi, After downloading the datasets of SCAD, I notice that there are more datasets like Afatinib, AR-42, Cetuximab, Gefitinib and PLX4720. Have you tried scFoundation on these datasets? If so, is it OK for you to share those results for scFoundation as well?

Hi, we didn't try these datasets. We focused on the drugs that exhibited lower AUROC values in the original study. You can try it by using our API.
