Not working 2.8.8 #343

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. updated to 2.8.8

The following error(s) occured:
Could not create the index.html file - to fix this create an empty file named 
index.html file in the cache directory.
Could not create cache clean timestamp file.

this is a permissions error with your setup. Check the folder permissions
