Add in filter profiles #34

Add pre-configured filter variable values to achieve certain precision/recall optimisation

I've currently mentioned this in the manuscript, so will have to implement before submission.

Implemented this and variable values for the optimal/recall flags. However as I've not been working with multimaps and the F1 benefits from a higher value/absence of theshold, I've simply set the multimap threshold to 999999. Do you think this is reasonable? @lweasel
