I largely updated the ESR based on my past experience of development of initial draft ESR for Biometric Security.
The ESR should describe something "essential" that will not be modified or removed during the course of development of a PP-module and Supporting document because the update to the ESR requires review and acceptance from the CCRA that takes several months. So I removed some paragraphs from the ESR that aren't absolutely necessary.
I also made technical updates to the ESR considering the CMFA defined in [1].
But this is just my personal view so any comments or objections will be welcomed.
