lossless update #46

This is to again close #31 based on adding some flexibility on the file formats. Currently expecting only WSQ as lossy format.

At least in the ISO JTC1 directives there is no guidance given on this topic. Common Criteria, of course, defines its own syntax but we're not speaking "CC" in this case.
