Inventory update #67

I have added some additional labels for the instructions. I have also added new instructions for the mold materials so there is a single common place for this.

I think we should consider removing the instructions from the overview and point to them being in the inventory document. This would make the inventory doc the master for "detailed" instructions about how to use mold or cast materials, which should be good since it is the place where these are specified. The attacks would then point to here as well based on the types of cast and mold being used.

Agreed. Anything to reduce repetition, copy/paste errors, etc. is a good thing to me
