This is in relation to CSM 12 and the initial pull request #66. (This will close #66)

This is setup as a full attack based on #69

@n-kai I actually removed the line (here and in the moldable plastic). The PCB specifically can use different cladding levels to create more (or less) depth. On dental material and moldable plastic this isn't the case (or at least I don't think it is given that we didn't have any description of such a thing in the initial docs).

So this was simply a copy error (I used the 02 file to create 03 and then 04) and missed taking this back out.

If we want this specifically noted, I would add it back to all the others (it isn't in 01) and put in something like N/A for the others.
