Add "Artefact" to Glossary #196

The word "Artefact" is used in toolbox.adoc but is not defined in section 2.5 of the PP.

Which documents do you mention? Current our focus is following three documents but I can't find "Artefact" in those document. Moved back since the actual change is in the PPM.
