I updated toolbox overview mainly for resolving inconsistency between SD and toolbox overview. Term PAI was also replaced with artefact because, according to ISO 30107-3, PAI include human PAI such as dead eye. If we agree to this change, I will also update PPM/SD/PPC to replace PAI with artefact.
