Might this be better directly under Section 5.1.2? It states:
The evaluator shall document any necessary information so that artefacts used for the test can be re-produced by the evaluator.
Additionally, I think we should change visual evidence in the suggested from should to shall, since 5.1.2 has a shall statement requiring documentation for reproduction. To me, it is not a burden to provide a picture along with the documentation of the artefact and seems extremely relevant.
I have updated the text as suggested and moved it to 5.1.2. I also made a few other minor edits to the text given the new location.
Visual evidence may not be sufficient if we get to voice or other PAD technologies that are not "seen". Greg's suggestion of sufficient evidence to allow reproduction of artefacts is good.
@gregott I have added some statements for audio (made me wonder if we would use "multimedia" evidence, though that may push too far to needing video files with audio as the only acceptable means since that isn't usually used for straight photos).
I would still think that visual evidence should be provided for audio (i.e. voice) anyway, so I tried to write it that way.
Need to add the following:
Adding a section about the visual recording of data since it is not necessary to record (via photos or video) the production and use of each individual artefact.
This is to close #52
