Plots with option "Wallisch2021" #26

When using "Wallisch2021" currently all the plots are given for bootstrap which should be changed so that the appropriate method (bootstrap or subsampling) is used.

Changed pie.abe so that when using "Wallisch2021" the plot is based on subsampling.

Changed plot.abe so that when using "Wallisch2021" the plot is based on bootstrap for option "coefficients" and subsampling for "variables" and "models".

Please double-check.
