Critically read all help files if all adaptions are correctly included, etc.
Issues which have to be mentioned:
abe: exact=FALSE does not work for type.factor = "factor" because the approximations might not work here. Since this is already implemented (the combination is not possible) accordingly, the text should be adapted.
Are all warnings clearly stated? E.g. that parameters are changed.
Is it always clear which resampling scheme was applied in the various plots and tables?
plot(abe_object, type = "variables") => par(mar...) has to be set manually in case of long variable names.

plot.abe with type.plot="pairwise": remove variables that were always selected
abe.resampling: parallel computing, refer to the example
