#42: `print(type = "models")` small addition #42

Hi Gregor,

since we now have the selected fit in the abe.resampling.object could you add a small add-on the the table requested by print(type = "models")?

In the requested table, can you highlight the selected model somehow. E.g. with bold letters or an asterisk, whichever is easier to implement. If the selected model is not among the printed models, it would be nice if the selected model is added as a last model.
