#44: Support for parametric survival models #44

Georg asked me if we could extend the abe package to also support parametric survival models. I think this should not be incredibly difficult, but would require a decent amount of work. Maybe, we can tackle this in the future.

I would question the 'do later' label as we need that support in Lorena's current project.

I will try to do this. But first, I'd like to merge #40 to avoid any conflicts. @rokblagus @biometrician Is that fine for you?

What about the exp.beta argument (see #32) in this case? I assume we should use the exp.beta = TRUE CIE criterion as with cox models. Is this correct?
