Support for logistf #45

In the VS project we would need to apply abe together with logistf

In the meantime, is using brglm2 an option? This should already work with abe since it inherits from glm.

Yes. We may have to refit the model then with logistf for our purpose as we need flic as well... but that should not be a problem.

I just added support for logistf models. It seems to work fine in the simple example I ran.
