This pull request is going to be on hold for a bit. The whole repo is going to be reorganized such that each directory will be based on task, rather than language (telemetry, publishing, calibration, optitrack, etc). That change will greatly modify the README's by jumbling them all together. This request will be revisited at that time, since it will probably not merge automatically.
