newsapi.rs rename #4

newsapi.rs has the same name as the containing module and clippy is complaining about module inception. Renaming the module will fix this.

As well as the general rename this feels like taking project evolution into the hammock isn't a bad idea. See yet another awesome talk by Rich Hickey
