Add Second Tx fob #23

To do this alter the first number of the Rolling Code on the fly so that bit0 and bit1 represent the fob number. Do this on the fly so we don’t add any complexity to the generation of the random numbers, users may want to use the hex editor method. This will actually allow for up to 3 Tx fobs Each fob will have its own number list, and settings for added security.
