Seems that there’s a problem with bioperl’s meta.{json,yml} files in the dists on cpan. The entry for Bio::LocatableSeq actually points to Bio/Search/Tiling/MapTileUtils.pm. This causes cpan’s 02packages.details.txt.gz file to be wrong, which in turn FUBAR’s the source link for Bio::LocatableSeq on the cpan search page (plus various things on my end…).
It looks like the packages statements in both files are correct, so I’m not sure what’s up.
