This is likely due to recent problems on the open-bio servers which led us to migrate off to Amazon.

Yeah for now you have to trust the documentation that is part of the code - until someone deals with admining of the servers for Pdoc we may not be able to maintain that other documentation generation.
really ought to look into other documentation hosting platforms, Pdoc is about 10 years old and not maintained, is it still the best thing for this?

According to this page, the documentation for Bio::DB::GenBank, here, should be auto-generated from the GH repo. But, comparing the GH repo page and that documentation page, I see that the example at the very top, for “get_Seq_by_id”, is out-of-date.
