Need to change Bugzilla macro in Wiki #95

Need to change the {{Bugzilla|XX}} to {{Redmine|XX}} in Wiki site.

Also chg this script maintenance/cvs2cl_by_file.pl to redo the bug > Bugzilla to bug> redmine

I created a Template:Redmine for direct use, and simply redirected the Bugzilla template to that. Seems to work fine.

Is this necessary if the script uses CVS? If we keep it, we should rename/refactor it specific for Git. Personally, I haven’t found the output for this particularly useful when a simple git log works (and for Changelog purposes it’s just too verbose).
