GenBank parsing CONTIG issues #83

Basically, this works with the August patch for GenBank parsing (so the bug isn't there) but some change since 1.6.922 has caused parsing to slow dramatically. We'll need to bisect this.

Related to commit 8fe9c612c83d2de6ee8adf7113f7534f024dac33, though not caused by it.
