Use new OBF green logo on bioperl.org? #47

The current generic pillar building logo on the front page https://bioperl.org/ could maybe be switched for the new OBF open-lock logo.

A green-on-white version ought to work nicely (ideally the exact same green)

@peterjc one issue is that the images are from CSS Font Awesome, which I believe require vectorized images (SVG or similar). So it may be best to hold on this until we have a version; I believe there is a request on https://github.com/OBF/obf-docs/issues/43 from Yo to related to this.
