Automate upload of Wikidata "described by source" annotations #328

@lmichan and @CondeArcana333 seem to be interested in annotating various database pages on Wikidata with corresponding Bioregistry prefixes. It might be good to use something like https://github.com/SuLab/WikidataIntegrator to automate content generation wherever possible before going for manual. Here are two things that might help:

See also https://github.com/biopragmatics/bioregistry/blob/main/src/bioregistry/external/wikidata.py where I already have written some code for aligning Wikidata (though there's a lot to be improved)

Btw I am currently in process of writing the manuscript for the Bioregistry and will be happy to include you as co-authors if you're planning on doing some more (significant) follow-up curation :)

Good morning charles. We are very interested in participating in the project and want to upload all the missing records to Wikidata. We will have the help of Victor to implement everything that has been sent to us, in addition to a fourth member Minerva who will help in the healing. We will be very interested in participating in the article

  • https://w.wiki/4uTZ this query gets all databases in Wikidata that have an associated Wikidata property and some other nice information to go along with it
  • https://w.wiki/4uJy this query lists all databases that have the "described by source" predicate pointing to the Bioregistry
