Improve linking to "help wanted" page #581

As suggested by ben in https://syspharm.slack.com/archives/D01QC9NDUCS/p1663853722059389, the help wanted page on https://biopragmatics.github.io/bioregistry/curation/ isn't linked directly from bioregistry.io. It does appear in the readme (see https://github.com/biopragmatics/bioregistry#-contributing) but it's not super obvious
