We should be submitting a paper in the next few weeks. A pre publication copy will probably be on Biorxiv soon.

I would love to know what you have been doing with it and if there is anything I can help you with.

Pheniqs 2.0 is on Biorxiv. Should hopefully be published on peer reviewed soon. https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.03.11.434956v1
