User log: need to log unmatched phrases in character definition (to/from/include/exclude/at) #2

In the UI, terms needs more information are given to the user. Need to log all these terms that are 'needing more information'. So that we can later compute how many unknown terms were ignored by the users. Basically terms needing info, and terms added to the dictionary are both need to be logged.
