text caputure can not generate output XML correctly after the term review step. #32

With the latest charaparser, term review could be done and be saved properly. However, the parse step following term review will not generate correct formats of XML files.

I removed StandardizeStructureName which belonged to the enhance package before but not any more.

The XML schema of output xml files is updated. The configuration files should be updated.
