Taxonomy Comparison file/folder selection #424

It is not clear WHAT files need to be inputted/selected.

The page asked for the Matrix Outputs, so I expected to choose the file that was created (I named it) when I made the matrix, but instead I had to select taxa. I had also imported my taxa files with different names (for text capture step), which were also not available in the selection. I had to choose from taxonomy names, which were not very informative at this level.

I would expect to choose either the matrix named file that I created OR the named input (eg. RUBfna and RUBfoc) if that were what I named my input files, instead of Rubus and rubus.....

IF the required files are generated by a tool, the names given to them should have more information to make selecting them more straight-forward.

also, when I had done the matrix step twice, there resulting selectable files are named identically.

add timestamp to file names, and make sure they show up with timestamp consistently when selecting a folder.
