[Matrix Generation] Leaflet apex is not appeared in the grid and can not be added into the matrix #652

we can find the "apex" in the description and it is not extracted from the text as a character. "leaflet apex" is not appeared in the tree graph "leaflet apex"is not appeared in the matrix grid however we can find the organism "leaflet apex" in the output of the text capture and matrix generation when I added it in the matrix generation it was still not appeared. And we can not use it to comparison with Weakley in taxon comparison
