Look up PORO ontology #76

In OTOLite, need to hook up ontology look up with the taxon group selected for TextCapture task. If user selects Porifera, then the ontology look up should look up in both PORO and PATO ontology (PATO is the default to be looked up no matter taxon group selection)

PORO is accessble via http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/PORO

If selects Plant, then PO + PATO. If selects Hymenoptera, then HAO+PATO others: just PATO.

All bioportal ontologies are now hooked up.

If this is still desired, need to create a connection between selected taxon group and the preselected ontologies for the respective taxon group.
