requires NaCl and marine environments #46

I want to make sure that the statement "Isolated from the marine environment" gets extracted as "requires NaCl" or any variation of this under Salinity Preference, because it is not necessarily the case that a microbe isolated from a marine environment requires NaCl. It could just tolerate salt. So, unless it is stated elsewhere in the description that NaCl is required, this cannot be inferred only from the statement about isolation.

As far as I know, current MicroPIE doesn’t implement a hard rule for this.

but somehow MicroPIE is inferring Salinity Preference information from this sentence and it shouldn't be. Is there some line in the code that is indicating to MicroPIE to interpret the word marine as being a value in salinity preference, because I don't believe there are terms for this character.

Is it a bit tricky to treat any "marine" in the sentence as a value of salinity preference? Are there situations where "marine" should not be a salinity preference value?
