MicroPIE output is dropping subspecies names #95

For "Genus Name: Acetobacterium Species Name: carbinolicum kysingense"

The Taxon output in MicroPIE is "Acetobacterium carbinolicum" The Species output in MicroPIE is "carbinolicum" Is there anyway to retain the subspecies name in the output?

The XML input files need to be checked. MicroPIE does not seem to behave like this.
