Hong oto2 review sept 2 _ 1 #20

Main menu items:

  1. “Collection” => “File”, holding one option “Save categorization as csv”. The csv include categorized terms (term, category), uncategorized terms (term with empty category), and categories (category and category definition).
  2. “Search” does not show all available terms. “Veined” in ‘others’ not shown in Search . When clicking on the downward arrow, terms not containing ‘v’ also showed up. See http://screencast.com/t/P8L1H5i2lrCX.

  1. Ontologies: “ontologies to search” => “select ontologies to search”. Would like to split the left pane horizontally into two: the upper one holds: PO, HAO, PORO, and PATO, and the lower one holds the rest.

  1. ? => “Help”. Help 1 and 2 are not populated with content yet.

  1. Name "file" for now
  2. Might be a space ahead: HOng will send input she used in CP
  3. Make those simply be preselected in output already
  4. Wishlist: Help1: How to use the interface; (currently empty because it is "TODO") Help2: How to categorize; Instructions just copy past or link whatever is suitable
