The simplest fix was what I suggested. Additionally to that, we could clearly say when user creates category, that it will directly impact his markup results if not appropriate.

If that's not enough, we can also have some colored marking similar to the matrix-review.
Would you then think it's useful to have something "more" than just gray for useless?
I think just allow the user to say a word is useless and turn it to grey is sufficient. They should not need other colors.
