Fix actions #14

Noticed by @bilalshaikh42. The actions are expecting this package to be in a different location. I think this just requires installing this package with the editable option (-e).

I think the actions should be correctly configured now. I tested one job. Admittedly, I haven't checked every combination of options.

All command-line arguments are now exposed to the actions.
