What are the user-configurable parameters of the hybrid LSODA algorithm? #40

@fbergmann @shoops @pmendes @copasi The online COPASI documentation describes the parameters below, but the COPASI UI doesn't show them. Which of these are user-configurable?

Integrate Reduced Model
Relative Tolerance
Absolute Tolerance
Max Internal Step Size

@fbergmann verified that these are all tunable via the COPASI API and COPASI files.
