Raise warning for manifests which don't have entries for their parent archives #76

Identified by @bilalshaikh42. Motivated by the use of OMEX manifests by PMR.

All of the OMEX manifest I've seen have entries for their parent archives. The one exception is PMR. We could raise an warning for this deviation from apparent conventions.

Added warning for manifests that don't annotate their parent archives
Added error for manifests whose parents don't have format COMBINE/OMEX archive
