Failed at Step 9 of Step-by-Step installation #182

The automated installation failed due to CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED while attempting conda update. So, I had to troubleshoot the connection error first, following your solution. It went well to the point of activating bioinfo (Step 9), but installing the software (curl -s http://data.biostarhandbook.com/install/conda.txt | xargs mamba install -q -y) failed with the "Encountered problems while solving: - nothing provides requested ..." message. Please help.

It appears that there was a problem creating the channels. I will retry installing the software and post the result.

Retrying creating the channels solved the issue.
